Make a wide Roblox banner from clothing artwork
A Classic Clothing template is an unfolded garment file. It contains useful design pixels, but it does not look like a finished community header or profile cover. This Roblox banner maker extracts front-facing regions from a local Shirt, Pants, or square T-shirt image, places the artwork on an independent block character, and composes that figure inside a 1500×500 landscape canvas with room for a short title.
Choose the source type, open a compatible file, select Neutral, Wave, or Hero, pick a background color, add an optional caption, and download the PNG. The source and output stay in the browser. No Roblox login, username lookup, catalog request, image upload, or cloud project is required.
Understand the wide canvas
The banner preset exports exactly 1500×500, a flexible three-to-one landscape ratio. It can serve as a starting image for a community page, team panel, server announcement, website header, creator profile, event strip, collection cover, or local design mockup. The character sits toward the left, while the caption occupies a separate zone on the right.
That dimension is not an official recommendation for every destination. Websites, social profiles, group pages, forums, and server listings can use different upload limits, responsive crops, compression, rounded masks, and overlay positions. A platform may display the center on mobile while showing the complete width on desktop.
Check the current requirements of the place where the banner will be used. Keep the face, clothing mark, and title away from the outer edges, and inspect the destination’s upload preview. If a service applies an aggressive center crop, make a second version with the important content moved inward.
Supply the correct local source
Select Classic Shirt for a 585×559 Shirt template. The torso and sleeve fronts will be mapped onto the character. Select Classic Pants for a 585×559 Pants template so its relevant waist and leg fronts appear. Shirt and Pants share identical canvas dimensions, so size alone cannot determine which layout the artist intended.
Select Classic T-shirt for a square torso graphic. The renderer places that image on the chest and uses neutral colors on limbs. A screenshot, avatar render, catalog card, rectangular logo, or cropped product image is not a valid clothing source.
Use the Roblox clothing checker to inspect dimensions and visible coverage before presentation. Open the dedicated Roblox Shirt Maker, Pants Maker, or T-shirt Maker when the native garment requires editing.
Match the pose to the banner
Neutral creates a compact catalog-like silhouette and leaves predictable margins. Wave raises one arm, which can direct the eye toward the title or communicate welcome. Hero angles both arms and legs, producing a wider action shape. The banner preset uses a slightly smaller figure scale than the thumbnail preset so the complete character fits within the shallow 500-pixel height.
Watch the relationship between sleeve color and background. A dark arm can disappear against a dark field, especially in Hero pose. The garment should remain legible before the viewer reads the title.
The output is a flat diagrammatic character, not an official Roblox 3D render. It does not reconstruct side panels, R6 or R15 joints, depth, lighting, accessories, hair, faces, layered clothing, or an online avatar. Neutral fallback areas show the approximate garment placement without fabricating account data.
Use a concise title
The caption field works best with a player label, group name, outfit collection, event, role, colorway, server identity, or short announcement. A sentence becomes difficult to scan across responsive crops. The renderer uses bold white text with a dark shadow and limits the maximum drawing width so it stays in the right-hand zone.
Review spelling before download because the title is flattened into the PNG. Shorten cramped wording, test capitalization, and clear the field when an image-only banner is more useful. The browser does not retain an editable project after the tab closes.
Do not use the caption or garment to impersonate another creator, reproduce an unauthorized logo, or imply endorsement by Roblox Corporation, a group, a server, or a platform. Local graphics generation does not create rights in names, brands, characters, or clothing art.
Choose a controlled background
A dark background can emphasize pale, neon, or bright clothing. A light or saturated background can separate a dark template. A consistent custom color can connect banners across a team, collection, season, rank, or website. The solid-color control deliberately avoids fetching screenshots, catalog assets, official characters, or scenery from the network.
If the final header needs gradients, textures, icons, or authorized screenshots, download this clean base and finish it in another editor. Preserve the original 1500×500 master so repeated resizing does not compound quality loss.
Keep the pixels crisp
The compositor reads defined front regions and draws them without smoothing. The 1500×500 canvas supplies layout space, but it cannot restore detail from a blurry screenshot or an incorrectly resized template. Work from the original clothing file whenever possible.
PNG preserves hard edges and exact colors more reliably than repeated JPEG conversion. A destination may still compress the uploaded file; compare that result with the local master before changing the garment.
The exported banner is not a native Roblox clothing asset. Do not upload it as a Shirt, Pants, or T-shirt. It is a separate presentation image whose dimensions and region arrangement no longer match the garment UV format.
Local privacy and next steps
Filename, pixels, selected source type, pose, title, color, preview, and export stay in browser memory. Refreshing clears the temporary work. There is no account, upload API, gallery, public share link, or server-side draft.
SkinEditor.org is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. It cannot determine moderation, upload eligibility, marketplace acceptance, or the current cover-image rules of another service.
Use the Roblox Thumbnail Maker for a 1280×720 video image, the Avatar Card Maker for a 1200×630 share graphic, or the Phone Wallpaper Maker for a portrait output.
Frequently asked questions
What size does the banner download?
The Banner preset downloads an exact 1500×500 PNG.
Is that the official size for every Roblox group or profile?
No. It is a general wide source canvas. Check the latest requirements and crop preview of the intended destination.
Does it fetch my Roblox avatar?
No. It only uses a local compatible clothing image.
Can the banner be uploaded as clothing?
No. The banner is a presentation graphic, not a Shirt, Pants, or T-shirt template.
