Compare poses around local Classic Clothing artwork
This Roblox avatar pose maker places a local Classic Shirt, Pants, or T-shirt image on an independently designed flat block character. It opens with the Wave pose so the difference from a neutral template preview is immediately visible. Switch among Neutral, Wave, and Hero, choose a background and output layout, add an optional caption, and download the current composition as PNG.
The page focuses on silhouette and presentation. It does not connect to a Roblox account, retrieve a live avatar, copy catalog accessories, or reproduce an official animation. The poses rearrange visible front-facing clothing rectangles on a two-dimensional canvas. That boundary makes the output predictable and keeps all selected artwork inside the browser.
Start with the correct clothing type
Classic Shirt and Classic Pants commonly use the same 585×559 canvas size, but they represent different body surfaces. Shirt mode maps the front torso and sleeves. Pants mode maps the front torso-related region and legs. Select the correct role before opening the file so visible pixels are not assigned to the wrong limbs.
Classic T-shirt mode accepts a square front graphic and places it on the neutral torso. It does not invent wraparound sleeves or back artwork. A screenshot, catalog card, character render, or rectangular reference is not a clothing template and should not be forced into the pose workflow.
Run the Roblox clothing checker when dimensions or transparency look uncertain. Use the Roblox Outfit Maker when a Shirt and Pants must appear together; this page intentionally handles one source at a time so pose differences remain easy to compare.
Neutral pose for direct inspection
Neutral keeps both arms beside the torso and aligns both legs. It creates the simplest silhouette and minimizes overlap. Use it when the clothing itself should dominate, when comparing color variants, or when checking whether a central torso mark remains balanced.
Because the character is flat, Neutral is not an R6 or R15 rig state. It is a presentation arrangement based on front surfaces. Side seams, back graphics, top faces, bottom faces, body scaling, and joint deformation require different inspection tools.
The compact shape also works well when the final file will be shown at a small size. If a sleeve and torso use similar colors, switch backgrounds to confirm the arm boundary remains visible.
Wave pose for a social silhouette
Wave raises one arm diagonally above the body. The resulting contour feels more expressive and leaves a visual line that can point toward a title or open area. It is useful for greeting graphics, community posts, channel images, and friendly profile compositions.
Raising the arm can expose whether the sleeve color has enough contrast against the background. It can also make a busy sleeve compete with the head or caption. Compare the Wave result at the intended output size instead of assuming that a more dynamic pose is automatically clearer.
The tool does not draw an articulated hand, bend an elbow, or reveal hidden garment surfaces. The raised limb remains a rotated front rectangle. This limitation is stated directly so the image is not mistaken for an official avatar screenshot.
Hero pose for a wider action shape
Hero angles both arms and offsets the legs slightly. It produces a broader stance suitable for thumbnails and presentation cards. The shape can make an otherwise static clothing sample feel more active without adding game screenshots, official characters, or copied scenery.
A wider pose needs more breathing room. In a square PFP, check the corners because external services may crop the upload into a circle. In the 1280×720 thumbnail layout, the character stays on the left and the optional caption occupies the right.
Hero is best treated as a graphic composition preset. It does not simulate physics, official emotes, animation timing, body packages, or layered-clothing deformation.
Pick an output layout for the destination
Avatar and Profile Picture layouts export 512×512 PNG files. Avatar uses a general square composition. PFP enlarges the character slightly so the clothing reads more clearly in compact account displays. Thumbnail exports 1280×720 and reserves horizontal space for a short caption.
The selected layout changes scale and placement but not the source image. Image smoothing stays disabled for the mapped clothing regions so template pixels remain crisp. Captions are rendered separately for readability and flattened into the final PNG.
Keep titles short and verify them before download. The browser does not maintain a cloud project or editable caption history after the tab closes.
Background and contrast decisions
A solid background provides a controlled stage. Choose a lighter value for dark clothing and a deeper value for pale clothing. If the torso and background share nearly the same lightness, the figure can disappear at small size even though the source file is valid.
The tool does not automatically judge accessibility, brand consistency, or destination overlays. Check whether the silhouette remains distinguishable and whether white caption text has enough contrast. A simple background is often more useful than a detailed image that competes with the clothing.
Local privacy and rights
File decoding, UV extraction, pose composition, preview, and PNG export run in the current browser tab. There is no sign-in, account query, upload API, project database, public gallery, or automatic publishing step. Download the result before leaving if you want to retain it.
Only use clothing art that you created or are authorized to adapt. A local pose image does not transfer copyright, trademark permission, publicity rights, or catalog ownership. Do not present an independent mockup as an official Roblox render or use it to impersonate another creator.
SkinEditor.org is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. This tool does not represent moderation, publishing approval, R6/R15 deformation, Studio lighting, accessories, faces, layered clothing, cages, rigging, skinning, or final avatar behavior.
