Including a concise subject line and the relevant SkinEditor.org page URL helps us understand the request. We do not operate a telephone support line, live chat, or account-support portal.

Technical reports

For a technical problem, include the page URL, browser and device type, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot that does not expose private artwork or other personal information may help. Do not send passwords, session cookies, authentication codes, or payment details.

Because editing is local, we cannot recover a draft that has been removed by clearing browser data, private-browsing cleanup, device loss, or a browser storage failure.

Privacy and legal requests

Use a clear subject such as “Privacy request,” “Copyright notice,” or “Content removal request.” Rights-related reports should include the information listed on the Copyright and Content Removal page. Do not attach artwork unless it is necessary to identify material published on SkinEditor.org and you have the right to share it.

No affiliation or platform support

SkinEditor.org is an independent, unofficial tool site and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang, Microsoft, or Roblox Corporation. We cannot help with game accounts, purchases, moderation decisions, Marketplace review, passwords, bans, or platform outages. Contact the relevant platform through its official support channel for those issues.

Response expectations

Messages are reviewed as capacity allows. Urgent safety, account, payment, or platform issues should be directed to the organization that operates the relevant service. Sending duplicate messages does not guarantee a faster response.
